01/03/2025 – Bayshore Drive Mixed-Use GLS Site Launched. A major mixed-use site at Bayshore Drive has been released for tender, offering up to 1,280 homes integrated with the future Bedok South MRT station, a bus interchange and retail spaces. Analysts project top bids of S$1,150–S$1,300 psf ppr, with the overall quantum potentially reaching S$2 billion. The URA tender closes on 15 July 2025.
